STATE OF ARIZONA ENVIRONMENTAL CONTRACT – ADEQ18-186329

American Abatement the dba of Circadian Enterprises Incorporated has been selected for the second time to perform work under the coveted 3 year environmental contract with the State of Arizona. Our contract number is ADEQ18-186329. We were first awarded this contract in 2004 which lasted 8 years. Under this contract, we can provide asbestos and other environmental clean-up services to any State agency in Arizona involved in this SPO contract.

The State Procurement Office (SPO) is the central procurement authority for state agencies, boards, and commissions of the State of Arizona. SPO provides a number of programs to ensure government-wide observation of and compliance with all applicable procurement statutes, rules, and policies.

The authority to enter into agreements and contracts on behalf of the State of Arizona is primarily derived from ARS § 41-2501, et seq., the “Arizona Procurement Code”. In accordance with R2-7-203 pursuant to the Procurement Code, State Procurement Office manages the further delegation of the Procurement Authority to the agencies.
